I offer 1:1 sessions informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS) and related methods. This is not licensed clinical therapy, psychotherapy, or medical treatment, and I do not diagnose or treat any condition. Sessions are booked through Calendly and held online.
This service is not equipped for emergencies. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country right away.
Session times, pricing, and cancellation notice are confirmed at the time of booking. Payment terms are agreed before a paid session begins. If you need to reschedule, contact me as early as you can.
Inner work moves differently for every person. I do not guarantee a specific result, timeline, or feeling from any session.
What you share in a session is handled under the Privacy Policy. I do not share your session content with anyone else, except where the law requires it or where there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else's.
To the extent Finnish law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses connected to the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
I may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes are handled by the courts of Finland, unless the law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
